“Local elections shouldn’t just be about potholes and bins. The City Council is responsible for a whole swathe of services that are crucial to its citizens and communities. Newcastle’s Labour council is leading the way on tackling the climate change emergency and has won plaudits for its initiative to eliminate homelessness in the City”.
“It’s time for Dene and South Gosforth to have a Labour Councillor. It’s time for a strong voice for the Ward in the Council Chamber” he concluded.
